Art print collections
I offer some of my paintings for sale as fine art prints.
These are high-end, museum-quality reproductions. To do this, I digitize my paintings in very high definition. Then I have them printed by a specialized printer. What’s different from standard printing is the printing technique, the quality of the inks and the paper.
The printing uses high-precision, high-resolution inkjet printers. The result is a highly faithful reproduction of the work, as close as possible to the colors and texture of the original painting. If you look closely at the photos, you’ll see that you can even make out the weft of the canvas on which I painted the originals.

The color gamut is also wider, with more ink cartridges and several levels of black. This enables highly nuanced prints with color accuracy incomparable to standard printing.
The pigment inks used for fine art prints are also extremely durable. Combined with museum-quality paper, this gives the print a lifespan far superior to any other type of printing. The print can remain exposed to light for decades without fading or yellowing. The shelf life is 70 to 80 years, which you won’t find if you buy more traditional prints, on the market for example.
For my part, I chose Hahnemüle 310g paper in particular for its lovely texture, which almost gives the impression that the prints are gouaches.

I work with an artisan printer specialising in the reproduction of works of art. This is the Frame workshop in Rennes. He is responsible for selling the prints on his own website, printing and preparing your orders. He is also the authors of these beautiful photos. If you are in the area, you can pick up your prints directly from his shop in Rennes.
At the moment, two series of paintings are available for sale : a series on the Brest 2024 maritime celebrations, designed to put the old and new in the port of Brest into perspective ; and a series on the buildings constructed by architects Georges Maillols and Louis Arretche in the Bourg L’Eveque district of Rennes. For more context, I refer you to the corresponding article (Maillols in Bourg l’Évêque).
However, all my paintings and illustrations can be reproduced. Please feel free to email me at illustrations@lucileh.com if a painting or illustration catches your eye : individual prints can be made to order..

If you would like to buy an original, you can contact me directly by email : illustrations@lucileh.com.
If you wish to buy through an intermediary, some of my originals are for sale on Art Majeur and Singulart, online galleries which also offer prints of the artworks.
